This questionnaire is intended for individuals completing the Starting Point course and intending to pursue membership in Sovereign Grace Church. It is designed to enable the pastors to better know you, provide you with effective pastoral care, and ensure your experience in Sovereign Grace Church matches the course materials we’ve presented to you.
