A rambling list of things I remember from the weekend…
- More and more guests at the service. How encouraging!
- We love guests. I looked around…every guest was being greeted warmly.
- Kevin C. playing bass but singing even louder. He made me we want to sing louder still!
- Young people find references in my sermon to beans funny. What’s so funny about beans? Ha.
- So encouraging to see a big pile of Operation Christmas Child boxes on the stage! May they spread the news of Jesus around the world.
- Prophetic words on a week I’m preaching about spiritual gifts. How kind of God!
- Mark S. is back from Israel. Missed this guy.
- My son Henry was clapping during worship.
- Stephen M.’s beans…we ate them up. Yum.
- Midnight Snack is the best meal of the week. Thanks to everyone for coming over.
- The Leadership team spent Sunday evening talking about Sunday services and a new meeting location.
